Shipping and Returns
We offer flat-rate Economy and Standard shipping for continental USA orders based on order weight.
Economy (5-8 business days) - $5.50 for orders 0 - 3 lbs.
Standard (3-4 business days) - $6.60 for orders 0-1lb.
Standard (3-4 business days) - $9.90 for orders 1-3lbs.
All orders over $40 receive free economy shipping.
We also offer free local delivery within select San Diego zip codes for orders over $32.
Shipping options available to you will be presented during checkout.
For orders outside of the United States, your carrier options and costs will be presented and calculated during checkout.
Returns.
Coffee is a perishable product, and we do not accept returns on roasted coffee.
Non-coffee - If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at roast@mamaicoffee.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that we will not accept returns on anything used.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
